You also have the option to pick up your lovingly wrapped packages at our showroom in Olomouc.

Personal collection at the showroom

Our showroom is located at Horní náměstí 407/27 in Olomouc, on the 2nd floor of the former post office building. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. From this moment on, you can pick up your package within 3 business days.

Opening hours:

Monday and Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

If our opening hours do not suit you, you can contact us by phone at +420 777 477 827 and we will arrange collection on another day or time.

Please note that car access to the square is only possible until 9:00 AM.

How can you pay for your order with us?

We use the GPwebpay payment gateway for cashless payments. You can choose to pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer using a QR code.

You can also pay for your order by cash on delivery, either in cash or by card.

If you choose to pick up your order at the showroom, you can pay in advance without cash, or on site in cash or by card.
